Account Registration & Login

Visit the Register page on betq.ws. Fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number (format 03xxxxxxxxx), date of birth, city and a strong password. Accept the Terms and Conditions, verify your age and hit "Create My betq Account". betq sends a 6-digit OTP to your mobile number via SMS – enter it within 5 minutes to activate your account. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

The minimum age to register on betq is 18 years old. This applies to all games and betting markets on betq – cricket, football, Ludo, Aviator, roulette, fishing games and everything else. betq verifies age during KYC before processing withdrawals. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players are closed immediately and any deposits returned.

No. betq strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Each Pakistani mobile number, CNIC and individual may only hold one betq account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts – for any reason, including to claim the welcome bonus again – results in permanent closure of all associated accounts. If you have accidentally created a duplicate, contact support@betq.ws immediately to resolve it before it becomes a problem.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?" under the password field. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and betq will send a password reset code to that number via SMS. Enter the code – it is valid for 10 minutes – and set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered number, email support@betq.ws with your CNIC details for manual verification.

betq requires a clear copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) – front and back – before your first withdrawal is processed. The name on your CNIC must match the name you registered with on betq. The review typically takes less than 24 hours. Once verified, future withdrawals process without re-verification unless something changes on your account.

Mobile number changes cannot be done from within the betq account settings directly, because your number is used for identity verification. Email support@betq.ws from your registered number (or using CNIC-based verification if you've lost access) to request the change. The betq team will verify your identity and update the number manually, typically within 24 hours.
Deposits & PKR Wallet

Log in to your betq account and go to the Deposit section in your wallet dashboard. Select Easypaisa or JazzCash, enter the amount in PKR and confirm. betq generates a payment reference. Open your Easypaisa or JazzCash app, go to "Send Money" or "Bill Payment" and follow the instructions using betq's reference. Your betq PKR wallet is credited within seconds of the payment confirming.

The minimum deposit on betq is Rs 200 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. For bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard, the minimum is Rs 500. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) – betq does not process foreign currency deposits. There is no maximum deposit limit set by betq, though your bank or mobile wallet may have its own daily transfer limits.

betq charges zero fees on any deposit. The exact amount you send arrives in your betq PKR wallet. If your Easypaisa or JazzCash account shows a small transaction fee, that is charged by the mobile wallet operator – not by betq. For bank IBFT transfers, standard interbank transfer charges may apply depending on your bank. betq has no control over third-party charges.

Deposits are usually credited within seconds but can occasionally take up to 15 minutes during high-traffic periods. If your betq wallet is still not credited after 15 minutes, email support@betq.ws with your registered mobile number, the deposit amount in PKR, the transaction reference from your Easypaisa or JazzCash app and the time of the transaction. The betq team will investigate and credit your wallet manually if the payment is confirmed on betq's end.

Yes. betq accepts deposits via all six Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (all major Pakistani banks) and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Bank IBFT transfers are processed same-day. Select your preferred method from the betq deposit screen – betq provides specific account details for each method.
Withdrawals

Log in to betq, go to your PKR wallet and select Withdraw. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and select your preferred method – Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account. Before your first withdrawal is processed, betq requires KYC verification (CNIC front and back). Once verified, withdrawal requests are processed within 10 minutes in most cases. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed by betq within 10 minutes of approval in most cases. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 4–6 hours depending on your bank's processing time. The betq team processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your withdrawal has not arrived within 2 hours for mobile wallets or 12 hours for bank transfers, contact support@betq.ws.

The minimum withdrawal from betq is Rs 500 across all payment methods. There is no maximum withdrawal limit imposed by betq, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification. betq charges no fees on withdrawals – the full amount you request arrives in your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account.

Common reasons for a betq withdrawal rejection include: KYC not yet completed, outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, incorrect payment details entered and account verification pending. betq sends a notification with the reason when a withdrawal is rejected. Check your registered mobile number for the SMS. If you cannot resolve it yourself, email support@betq.ws with your registered number and the withdrawal reference number.

After logging in to your betq account, find your unique referral link in your account dashboard. Share it with friends. When a friend registers a new betq account using your link – with a unique CNIC and Pakistani mobile number – and makes their first qualifying deposit, betq credits Rs 2,000 in real cash to your PKR wallet. Bonus funds on betq expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time period (usually 30 days for the welcome bonus). Bonus funds may also be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering is complete – in this case, only the real-money portion of your wallet is paid out. Games & Sports Betting

betq settles cricket and PSL bets based on the official match result confirmed by the relevant cricket board (PCB for domestic matches, ICC for international). Bets are settled within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed. For rain-interrupted or Duckworth-Lewis matches, betq follows standard ICC DLS settlement rules. If a match is abandoned before the result is official, bets are voided and stakes returned to your PKR wallet.

Aviator is a crash-style game on betq. A plane takes off and a multiplier increases as it climbs – starting at 1.00x and rising. You place a PKR bet before each round and must cash out (click "Cash Out") before the plane flies away. If you cash out in time, you win your stake multiplied by the cash-out multiplier. betq hosts real-money Ludo rooms where Pakistani players compete against each other for PKR prizes. Account Security

If you suspect unauthorised access to your betq account, act immediately: (1) change your betq password from the account settings page, (2) email support@betq.ws asking betq to freeze your account pending investigation, (3) check your bet history and wallet transactions for any activity you did not initiate. betq's security team will investigate and respond within 1 hour during normal hours. Do not share your password or OTP with anyone – including people claiming to be betq staff.

This is a scam. betq support will never call you and ask for your OTP code, password or any account credentials. The betq support team communicates only via the in-platform chat and the official email support@betq.ws. If you received such a call, do not share any information. Report the number to betq via support@betq.ws and consider reporting it to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).

betq encrypts all data in transit using TLS 1.3. Your CNIC and personal information are stored securely and are only accessed for identity verification and legal compliance purposes. betq does not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketing companies. Responsible Gaming

Go to your betq account settings and select "Responsible Gaming". Choose "Self-Exclusion" and pick a period: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanent. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the end of the chosen period. betq also suspends all promotional SMS to your number during exclusion. Yes. From your betq account settings under "Responsible Gaming", you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits and loss limits in PKR. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a mandatory 24-hour waiting period – this deliberate delay helps prevent impulsive decisions during a session. Once a limit is reached, betq will not accept further deposits or bets for that period.
