1 About This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how betq ("betq", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of players who register and use the betq platform at betq.ws. It applies to all betq services including sports betting, casino games, Ludo tournaments, Aviator and any other product available on the platform.

betq is committed to handling your personal information responsibly. We understand that Pakistani players entrust us with sensitive information – including financial details and identity documents – when they use the platform. • Identity verification (KYC) data: CNIC number and copies of identity documents uploaded when verifying your betq account before withdrawal.
• Payment data: Easypaisa account number, JazzCash number, NayaPay or SadaPay details, bank account details or card details used for PKR deposits and withdrawals. Full card numbers are not stored by betq – only tokenised references provided by our payment processors.
• Communications data: Content of messages you send to betq support via email or live chat, including any attachments.
• Responsible gaming data: Deposit limit preferences, self-exclusion requests and any communications related to responsible gaming.

2.2 Data Collected Automatically

• Device and technical data: Device type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution and IP address when you access betq.
• Session data: Login timestamps, session duration, pages visited on betq and actions taken during your session.
• Gameplay data: Bets placed, game outcomes, tournament participation history, Ludo room activity and wagering records.
• Transaction data: Full history of all PKR deposits, withdrawals and bonus credits on your betq account.

3 How We Use Your Data

4 Legal Basis for Processing

• Contract performance: Processing necessary to create and manage your betq account and deliver the services you have signed up for – including processing deposits, settling bets and paying out winnings in PKR.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable financial regulations, anti-money laundering requirements and identity verification obligations – including KYC checks before withdrawals.

5 Payment Data & KYC

5.1 Payment Method Data

betq integrates directly with Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and bank transfer systems for PKR transactions. When you add a payment method to betq, the transaction is processed by the relevant payment provider using their own secure infrastructure. betq receives a tokenised reference that allows future transactions without storing your full payment credentials on betq's own servers.

Card details for Visa and Mastercard transactions issued by Pakistani banks are tokenised by betq's card processing partner. betq does not store full card numbers. This arrangement is standard practice in the payments industry and is designed specifically to reduce the risk to your financial data.

5.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

betq requires identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process involves providing a copy of your valid CNIC. This document is reviewed by betq's KYC team and, in some cases, by a third-party identity verification partner operating under a data processing agreement with betq. KYC documents are stored securely and are used only for verification and regulatory compliance purposes. They are never shared for commercial purposes.

6 Data Sharing & Third Parties

betq shares personal data only where it is genuinely necessary to deliver services or meet legal obligations. The categories of recipients are:

• Payment processors: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer processing partners and card scheme processors – shared only what is required to process each transaction.
• KYC and identity verification partners: Third-party KYC providers used to verify identity documents. All such partners operate under formal data processing agreements and are prohibited from using betq player data for any purpose other than identity verification.
• Fraud prevention services: Aggregated, non-personally-identifiable signals may be shared with fraud detection systems to protect the betq platform and its players.
• Regulatory and legal authorities: betq will disclose personal data to competent authorities where required to do so by applicable law, court order or regulatory direction. betq will inform affected players of such disclosures where legally permitted to do so.
• betq's technology infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting and platform infrastructure providers that process data on betq's behalf under formal data processing agreements. These providers are not permitted to use betq player data for any independent purpose.

7 Data Retention

betq retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period after account closure as required by financial and regulatory obligations. Specific retention periods are:

• Account registration data: Duration of active account plus 5 years after account closure.
• KYC and identity verification documents: 5 years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later, in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction and wagering records: 5 years from the date of each transaction.
• Customer support communications: 2 years from the date of the most recent communication in each support thread.
• Session and device data: 12 months on a rolling basis.
• Marketing consent records: Duration of consent plus 1 year after withdrawal.

After the applicable retention period, betq deletes or anonymises personal data so that it can no longer be attributed to an individual player. Anonymised aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and platform improvement purposes.

8 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

8.1 Cookies betq Uses

betq uses a minimal set of cookies that are necessary for the platform to function correctly:

• Session cookies: Temporary cookies that keep you logged into your betq account during a browsing session. These expire when you close your browser or log out.
• Security cookies: Used to detect unusual login patterns, protect against CSRF attacks and maintain account security.
• Preference cookies: Remember your language and display settings so you do not have to reconfigure them on each visit to betq.

8.2 What betq Does Not Use

betq does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, Facebook or Google tracking pixels, third-party analytics scripts that build profiles of your behaviour across websites, or any cookie or tracking technology whose primary purpose is to build a profile of you for commercial targeting. What happens on betq, stays on betq.

8.3 Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of betq – specifically, session cookies are required to stay logged into your account. betq does not currently provide a cookie preference centre because the only cookies in use are essential ones that do not require opt-in consent.

9 Data Security

betq takes the security of your personal data seriously. The technical and organisational measures in place include:

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and betq's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 – the current industry standard. Any browser showing a padlock icon when accessing betq confirms this encryption is active.
• Encryption at rest: Personal data stored on betq's servers is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
• Access controls: Access to player personal data within betq is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Staff access is logged and audited. No betq employee has unrestricted access to the full player database.
• Payment tokenisation: As described in Section 5, full payment credentials are not stored on betq's own systems.
• Penetration testing: betq engages independent security professionals to conduct regular penetration testing and security audits of the platform.
• Incident response: betq maintains a documented data breach response procedure. In the event of a breach that poses a risk to player rights, affected players and relevant authorities will be notified promptly.

10 Your Rights as a betq Player

As a betq player, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data. All requests should be submitted to support@betq.ws and will be responded to within 30 days.

11 Children's Privacy

betq is strictly an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register or use betq, and betq does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If betq becomes aware that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately closed, any deposits returned to the original payment method and all associated data scheduled for deletion in accordance with betq's data retention policy.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child may have registered a betq account using false age information, please contact support@betq.ws immediately. betq will investigate and take appropriate action as quickly as possible. betq recommends using device-level parental control software on shared devices to prevent minors from accessing betting platforms.

12 Marketing Communications

betq may send you SMS notifications about promotions, new games, tournament announcements and platform updates. These communications are sent only to players who have opted in to receive them during registration or through their betq account settings.

You can opt out of marketing SMS at any time by: (a) emailing support@betq.ws with the subject line "Unsubscribe from Marketing", or (b) updating your communication preferences in your betq account settings. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional messages such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications and account security alerts – these are part of the betq service and cannot be turned off while your account is active.

13 Updates to This Privacy Policy

betq may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements or the betq platform. When material changes are made, betq will notify registered players via SMS at least 7 days before the updated policy takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically so you are always aware of how betq handles your personal information. Continued use of betq after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
