BetQ Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and betq ("betq", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of betq, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use betq. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. betq recommends that you check this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use betq. This is an absolute requirement and betq takes it seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time. If it is discovered that a betq account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be immediately closed and any funds – including deposits and winnings – will be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited or returned to the depositing payment method at betq's sole discretion.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one betq account. Creating multiple accounts – whether in your own name or using different names, phone numbers or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. betq employs detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited and any winnings generated across the duplicate accounts may be voided.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering your betq account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a date of birth that correctly reflects your actual age. You are responsible for keeping your betq account information current. betq is not liable for issues arising from incorrect registration details provided by the player.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betq login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. betq will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat. If you believe your betq account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact betq support immediately at support@betq.ws. betq is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate password security.

3.2 Account Currency

betq operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, bonuses, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees because there are no foreign currencies involved. Your betq wallet balance at any time reflects the exact PKR amount available to you.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

A betq account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. betq reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by SMS before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be permanently closed.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betq accepts the following payment methods for deposits, all processed in PKR:

• Easypaisa – instant deposits, minimum Rs 200
• JazzCash – instant deposits, minimum Rs 200
• NayaPay – instant deposits, minimum Rs 200
• SadaPay – instant deposits, minimum Rs 200
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) – same-day processing, minimum Rs 500
• Visa / Mastercard – issued by Pakistani banks, minimum Rs 500

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your betq wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank IBFT and card deposits are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. betq does not charge any fees on deposits – the full deposited amount is credited to your betq wallet.

4.3 Deposit Limits

Players may contact betq support to request higher deposit limits subject to enhanced KYC verification. betq reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

betq processes all withdrawal requests in PKR. Standard processing times are:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Under 10 minutes in most cases
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Within 1 hour
• Bank IBFT: Same business day for requests submitted before 5PM PST
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal, betq requires that: (a) your account identity verification (KYC) is complete, (b) any active bonus wagering requirements have been fully met, (c) the withdrawal is being made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit on betq ("return to source" policy), and (d) your account is in good standing with no active disputes or investigations.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

betq charges zero fees on withdrawals. The full amount you request is what arrives in your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside betq's control and are the player's responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New betq players are eligible for a 150% first deposit bonus up to Rs 50,000. The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only and must be claimed within 7 days of account registration. To qualify, your first deposit must be a minimum of Rs 500. The bonus is credited to your betq wallet immediately after your first qualifying deposit is processed.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All betq bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive Rs 1,500 in bonus funds, you must place bets totalling Rs 30,000 before a withdrawal is permitted. Only bets on eligible game categories – sports betting, casino games, Ludo rooms and Aviator – count toward wagering requirements. Bets voided or cancelled due to platform issues do not count.

6.3 Referral Programme

betq's Refer a Friend programme pays Rs 2,000 to the referring player for each friend who: (a) registers a new betq account through the referral link, (b) completes identity verification with a unique Pakistani mobile number, and (c) makes a first deposit of at least Rs 500. The Rs 2,000 referral reward is credited as real withdrawable cash with no wagering requirement. Each referred player must be a genuinely new betq user – referrals of existing players, self-referrals or referrals using duplicate accounts will be voided and may result in account suspension.

6.4 General Bonus Conditions

• One bonus per player per promotional offer – duplicate claims will be voided.
• betq reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse – including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk staking patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements – may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
• Where a player requests withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, betq will deduct the bonus balance and any wagering-ineligible winnings before processing.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet on betq is not accepted until you receive a confirmed booking reference in your betq account. Bets that do not receive confirmation – for example, due to a loss of internet connection before confirmation is received – are not valid and any stake involved will be returned to your betq wallet. betq reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Sports bets on betq are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body – ICC for cricket, FIFA for international football, and the relevant league authority for domestic competitions. Results are settled as quickly as possible after the official confirmation is available. betq reserves the right to delay settlement in cases where the official result is disputed or under investigation.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your betq wallet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled before it begins and not rescheduled within 24 hours; the bet was placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest technical error on betq's system; or an event is officially abandoned before the minimum playing time required for settlement has elapsed according to the relevant sport's governing body.

7.4 Ludo and Skill Game Rules

betq's Ludo games and other skill-based competitions are governed by specific game rules detailed on the relevant game pages. In the event of a disconnection during a paid Ludo room, betq applies a 90-second reconnection window. Failure to reconnect within this window results in forfeit of the round. betq's decision on Ludo results and dispute resolution is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on betq and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one betq account per person
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC
• Using a betq account on behalf of another person
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in betq's platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer games and Ludo rooms
• Using automated software, bots or other tools to place bets or interact with betq's platform
• Attempting to launder money or use betq for any purpose connected with financial crime
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or bonus abuse specifically designed to extract value without genuine gameplay intent
• Harassment or abusive behaviour toward betq's support staff or other players

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 betq's Commitment

betq is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We believe that gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment. When it stops being fun or begins to cause financial or personal harm, betq wants to be part of the solution. Our Responsible Gaming tools are built into the core product – not buried in a separate menu nobody finds.

9.2 Player Tools Available

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits from your betq account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications when you have been logged in for a set duration. betq displays session time prominently during extended play.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from betq for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period regardless of subsequent requests.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay reminding you of your session duration and current profit/loss.

9.3 Underage Gaming

betq strictly prohibits access by anyone under 18. If you know or suspect that a minor has access to your betq account or payment method, contact betq support immediately. We recommend using device parental controls to restrict access to betting platforms on shared devices.

10 Privacy & Data

betq collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on betq, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• betq collects registration data, transaction data and gameplay data for account management and regulatory compliance purposes.
• betq does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• betq shares data with payment processors and identity verification providers as required to deliver the betq service.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data subject to betq's legal retention obligations.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by betq

betq may suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if your account is under investigation for fraud or prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. During a suspension period, access to your betq account and funds may be restricted pending the outcome of any investigation.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may close your betq account at any time by contacting support@betq.ws. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any genuine balance remaining in your betq wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions are met and no active investigations are in progress. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Appeal Process

If your betq account is suspended and you believe the suspension is incorrect, you may submit a written appeal to support@betq.ws with the subject line "Account Suspension Appeal". betq will review the appeal and respond within 5 business days. betq's decision following an appeal process is final.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betq's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your betq wallet at the time the relevant claim arises. betq is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of profits or opportunity arising from your use of the platform.

betq is not responsible for losses arising from: events outside betq's reasonable control including but not limited to internet outages, payment system failures at third-party providers, or force majeure events; decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the betq platform; or errors in odds or game information that are corrected promptly once identified.

13 Amendments to These Terms

betq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of betq following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to read the updated Terms when notified. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your betq account before the amendment takes effect. betq will process your closing balance per Section 11.2 of these Terms.
