Everything You Need to Know About Logging In to betq

betq uses your Pakistani mobile number as your username. This is by design – Pakistani players do not have to remember a separate username or email address. The mobile number you registered with on betq is all you need to identify your account. Combined with your password or a one-time SMS code, it is a clean and straightforward login process that works equally well on your phone's browser or on a desktop computer.
Password Login vs OTP Login – Which Should You Use?
betq offers two ways to log in, and both are equally secure. The method you choose depends on your situation:
- Password login: The standard betq login method. Enter your Pakistani mobile number (starting with 03) and your betq password. Fast, works without an active data connection strong enough for SMS, and the most common way Pakistani players access betq daily.
- OTP login: Enter your mobile number, receive a 6-digit SMS code on your registered Pakistani number and enter it to log in. Ideal if you have forgotten your password temporarily, if you are on a shared device and prefer not to use your saved password, or if you want an extra layer of verification before a large withdrawal session.
Tip for faster betq login on mobile: Add betq.ws to your phone's home screen by tapping "Add to Home Screen" in your mobile browser. This creates a shortcut that opens betq's login page directly – no typing the URL each time. It functions exactly like an app but requires no download and takes up minimal storage on your phone.
What to Do If You Cannot Log In to betq
Having trouble logging in to your betq account? Here are the most common reasons and what to do about each one:
- Wrong mobile number format: betq accepts Pakistani mobile numbers in the format 03xxxxxxxxx – that is 11 digits starting with 03. Do not include the +92 country code when typing in the login field – betq adds that automatically. If your number was registered as 0321-1234567, enter it as 03211234567 (no dash).
- Forgotten password: Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login form above. betq sends a reset code to your registered Pakistani mobile number via SMS. The code is valid for 10 minutes. Enter it to set a new password and then log in as normal.
- Account suspended: If your betq account has been suspended due to a policy violation or suspicious activity, the login page will display a specific message. Contact support@betq.ws from your registered mobile number to request a review.
- Self-exclusion active: If you previously self-excluded your betq account, login is blocked for the duration of the exclusion period. This cannot be reversed before the exclusion ends – this is deliberate. See the Responsible Gaming page for details.
- Two failed OTP attempts: If you enter an incorrect OTP code twice in a row, betq temporarily locks OTP login for 15 minutes as a security precaution. Switch to password login or wait 15 minutes before requesting a new OTP.
Still locked out? Email support@betq.ws with your registered mobile number and describe the issue. The betq support team operates around the clock on Pakistan Standard Time and typically responds within 30 minutes during peak hours. Do not share your betq password or OTP codes with anyone – including betq support staff, who will never ask for these.
Keeping Your betq Account Secure After Login
Once you are logged in to betq, a few simple habits keep your account and your PKR wallet safe:
- Use a unique password: Your betq password should not be the same as your Easypaisa PIN, JazzCash password or any other account password. A strong betq password is at least 8 characters long and mixes letters, numbers and a symbol.
- Log out on shared devices: If you accessed betq on a friend's phone or a shared computer, always log out before leaving. betq's "Keep me logged in" option is for personal devices only.
- Do not share your OTP: betq will never call or message you asking for your OTP code. If someone claiming to be betq support asks for your OTP, it is a scam – do not share it and report it to support@betq.ws immediately.
- Review your bet history regularly: After login, a quick glance at your recent bet history can flag any activity you do not recognise. If you see transactions you did not make, contact betq support immediately.
betq takes account security seriously on its end too. All login sessions are encrypted using TLS 1.3. Login attempts from unusual locations or devices trigger internal security checks. Multiple failed login attempts automatically lock the account temporarily and notify the registered mobile number. If betq detects suspicious activity on your account, we may contact you proactively via SMS on your registered Pakistani number.
